"We have purchased 3 properties with Jake. We love working with him because he is so responsive, and he goes above and beyond for us. We live out of the area so he is constantly sending us video walkthroughs and touring on our behalf. He also is so sweet to visit our properties when needed, and even meets with vendors for deliveries and utilities and such. We have also used his services to find a tenant for a rental home for us and the whole process was so smooth and easy! We will continue to use and recommend Jake for our NEO real estate needs. :)"
